What's weird is it didn't go out of the stereotypes, ie it didn't say Asian countries were shit holes, it said African. It didn't say Peruvians were taking over the world, its jews.

It was asked to be offensive/politically incorrect so it covered the groups that are allowed to be offended. Straight white men are not allowed to be offended, thus there is nothing offensive to say about them no matter how derogatory it may seem.
Saying anything positive about SWM would offend every other group of course, however that wouldn't satisfy their need to be recognized as their own special group so that would be sub optimal at the very least.
