In the correct place/climate it makes sense. In those places? It looks ugly as sin and probably has no extra value other than maybe heating/cooling? I feel like it is possible to do brutalist properly but it is not for everyone and it should not be used damn near anywhere. If you don't mind living or working in a bunker (even if it has a lot of windows) it is not for you.
