It doesn't need to take anywhere near that long or that much. 1. temp "scaffolding" to stabilize 2. excavate for the new footer 3. pour a temp footer 4. brace entire tower in a custom steel half-pipe 5. use hydraulic rams to sloooooooowly push it back vertical onto the temp footer 6. pour half of the new footer 7. demo temp footer 8. pour other half of the new footer 9. backfill and compact 10. remove all bracing and scaffolding 11. no profit
