- temp "scaffolding" to stabilize
- excavate for the new footer
- pour a temp footer
- brace entire tower in a custom steel half-pipe
- use hydraulic rams to sloooooooowly push it back vertical onto the temp footer
- pour half of the new footer
- demo temp footer
- pour other half of the new footer
- backfill and compact
- remove all bracing and scaffolding
- no profit
