Why in God's name would you put a boggy little pond right in front of the building? Nobody can walk around it. That entire side of the property is lost. Plus, it will breed mosquitoes and other bugs. It will stagnate and stink. It will insure that moisture is always present on that side of the structure, accelerating its deterioration. I suppose the Chinese plan to stick goldfish in the fucking thing. Good luck to them.
