It is a curious phenomenon that is still very much occurring today from, hmm central Europe eastwards.

Is it because the builders steal monies or the owners have no idea costs/planning or other factors?

Havent been able to get a better answer than a shrug and, 'Many things can happen'. Truth but leaves questions.

This is correct in many ways.

The past 10 years in Central Europe has seen a massive push to Westernisation.

Contrary to what the West was taught to believe, the people are quite inventive, adaptive and innovative. Creative is also a word. Survivalists. Pragmatic survivalists.

Sadly many here are giving into the illusion of the Euro/dollar.

It is a pleasure to speak with you again!
