It's circular reasoning. To these people, "White supremacy" is it's own evidence and it's own cause. They believe it's self sustaining even with no White people present, that it controls the actions of every White person and can control the actions of anyone else, but only when they do something bad. It is simultaneously an umbrella term and a totalizing conspiracy theory that explains everything (and thus to the reasonable, nothing).
