My work colleague brought this up to me and couldn't understand why people are angry. I'm guessing he's still too "comfortable" to admit there's a problem and I think he's one of those people I couldn't convince or give him a foresight warning of - he has to experience himself first hand and I have wait till he comes back admitting there's a problem.
