Guaranteed to fail. And when it does, she will blame anything other than substandard performance of her senior management team, all of whom will paid fabulous bonuses no matter what happens, and then she will fuck off, trying to hire at some other company, where she can do it again, and no one will hire her because they'll all know what her fail-ass priorities are.
So she'll start some wet-lipped "firm" of her own, which will take a couple of years to rot before its bought up by some kike-lover that will pay to much for it, and she, along with her hand-selected fellow gyno-human princesses, will get another round of fabulous bonuses.
And then she'll fuck off and do it again.
She already has a fail-forward career, and she chose it that way.
She needs to fuck off to nowhere, and die ignored.
Careers like this can be broken. People that do this shit can be broken. This can be stopped. It will take some time, but it will be stopped.
