Are they being sued? Would this fall under affirmative action.

I know my uncle and cousin started/purchased rock quarries and a road building business, then they couldn’t get jobs in the mid 90’s so my aunt had to become the owner, because she was a “woman” and a business owner, which was considered a “minority” back then.

Within the last 5 years my cousin couldn’t win a bid from state/local, some taco nigger kept getting them instead but he was such a small business he’d have to contract it out to my cousin(does that even make sense).

My cousin finally got tired of it and leased his equipment to the taco nigger and finally repossessed it last year since taco nigger wasn’t making payments because he’s lazy and can’t get the jobs done but keeps getting awarded contracts based on taco nigger status.
