Ooo. Will check after work. Don't believe I've had snails, but I do like frog legs. What'd you think of my recipe, and probably terrible French?
Well it looks nice, I mean I would eat that
Sometimes you stuffs that look like shit but it's delicious and sometimes it's contrary
I love frog legs, it's simply is the better chicken https://youtu.be/TNCU4__cysc?t=362
Haven't came up with anything good lately. I live alone, so I prefer cooking for family.
Have any good personal recipes?
Honestly? I eat like shit, I barely ever cook. I appreciate good cooking, just like I appreciate music, but I rarely practice if ever
My best trick is lemon juice
When something "stinks", like you know it's going to have a strong smell when you'll cook it, like Idk some sausages for instance or some fishes, or whatever, just dump lemon juice on it while it cooks, it suppress 90% of the smell, guaranteed
From there, the idea is to have recipes/mixes that go well with the lemon, this is my conception of cooking
But you see the concern is all about preserving the "environment" starting with the oven and the room where it's cooked, especially during winter when you don't want to open windows for hours...
I mostly drink coffees and eat meat, pork, beef, chicken, fishes sometimes, simple stuffs salt and pepper with ciboulette/chives typically
And when I feel like I had a tad too much of it after 3 weeks or so, it's soup for a week typically, soup noodles, same deal with the same meat, but in soup noodle
So you see, that's spartan, nothing fancy
