It gets better as it goes on and the second season was good also. I just don't give up on the slower parts. Hell if I did that I would have dropped Bleach after the first time that clown with the phychic powers or the teddy bear with the soul marble ended up doing a few episodes. YOu just have to go with the flow sometimes to get to the good stuff.

I watched the 2 seasons and ova and while it was interesting it was barely memorable. I have only ever completely bailed on 2 shows due to slow and boring.
