No, not even close, Tora Dora was the most drawn out ever, I kept thinking why the fuck am I still watching this and about episode 20 I was in tears from the climax that they built up for like 8 episodes, so good. I thought durarara was just complete, they didn't shortcut it like so many that just rush the story.
