I noticed that and I would wait unlike other animes and not leave the room to watch that ending each weekend. I would always notice little things, even on the side with the film effect in and out I found stuff. It makes me feel little again watching this touchingly made ending. You can actually have feelings like when a child viewing this. It also fills in part of the series when the kids were small and their friendship with Winry when they were so small and innocent.
