Zyklon-b is the gas claimed to have been used in the alleged Nazi gas chambers, but it was actually just used as a delousing agent for clothing. It’s not effective to kill people with it, there’s video out there of people explaining and testing this. In this video it obviously has no effect on Ramenman. That was the joke and the reference.
