Nyaa is where you'd want to look at this point, it's where pretty much every group posts their shit. And all HS did was rip straight from CrunchyRoll, they haven't done any translation work since their Highschool of the Dead days, so "quality subs" is debatable.
So pretty much any group right now that gets subs out pretty quickly is a direct replacement for HS, because they ALL rip from CrunchyRoll. SubsPlease, erai-raws (no longer raws, they just rip from CrunchyRoll), etc.
...Or non-ironically, just get a CrunchyRoll account, lol. Or better yet, why haven't you learned Japanese yet?
