That's usually how upload sites get flagged. One can also probably file a report to unflag it again, but why bother, it's just going to get flagged again down the line. This unreliable nature is why I stopped using antivirus software altogether. More pain than gain. I've only used one supposedly 'trusted' upload site in the past and after a few years it went down. I learned from that. Over the years, dozens of these sites have went down, so I'm not going to use one of them exclusively again. Or at least I try to spread it out a bit.
