I don't want to fight the obese stigma. At work, I care about the employee being able to do the job. You can do the job you are currently in...great job. You can't ... 1 month to figure your shit out or you are gone.

Staying fit and eating healthy is good for society, businesses, government, family, and friends. The financial benefit as you point out is quite substantial. Yet as a whole species, we are failing.
