William C. Autery is set for a preliminary hearing in Cheyenne Circuit Court on Friday on charges of attempted second-degree murder and aggravated robbery with serious injury. Court records made available Friday show that Cheyenne police officers found the stabbing victim in the parking lot of the Wyoming Motel in the 1400 block of West Lincolnway at 7 p.m. on Jan. 6.
