That's according to a release from the Laramie County Sheriff's Office. Spokesman Brandon Warner says Operation Safe Haul was conducted between November 18 and 20. Highways that were targeted included I-25, I-80, US-85 and state highways/county roads in the communities of Cheyenne, Carpenter, Burns, Pine Bluffs, and Albin.
