A lot of people don't know this but a lot of Uranium comes from (or did) Wyoming. There is a small town in the middle of nowhere that is almost entirely empty now (Jeffery City). It's the type of place if you blink when driving through you will miss half of it. I think there is still a bar and there used to be a art/pottery shop on the side of the highway.
