Mark Gordon signed Senate File 121 into law Friday, a bill that establishes rodeo-themed Wyoming state license plates. I hate this trend of URLs on license plates.

Wait until they are QR codes... Then print a shit load of stickers that go somewhere else and just walk around putting them over the code on the plate... There are a few horrific websites I could think of.
