The bill specifically bans gender reassignment surgery or the use of drugs to change someone's sex if the person is under 18 years old. It does include medical exemptions for genetic disorders and some other medical conditions."

I hope someone was intelligent enough to include the fact that there is NO Such thing as transitioning or reassignment 'procedures'. ONE SEX (there are only Two) can not be made into the Other Sex and the insane procedure is called criminal mutilation
