According to a booking sheet, Shane William Ryker was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, after an officer stopped him at East Lincolnway and Hot Springs Avenue for having no registration and no tail lights. The officer says Ryker had constricted pupils and was sweating profusely, and said he was coming from playing Yu-Gi-Oh downtown, but denied having had anything to drink or smoke."
