I Whites are choosing to live in a domed city in Antarctica and have no moon or Mars colonies, then the rest of the world is overrun with niggers and shitskins. Whites have become nearly extinct. There is no future to plan for.

Antarctica will be viable long before the moon or Mars. There's air. There's water. Sure, it's cold as fuck, but you can get there by boat.
There’s a good chance that In 30 years as the magnetic poles shift that Antarctica becomes temperate again as it has been in the past. Lack of soil is a problem, so growing food is paramount. The massive military base under the ice there is likely still calling the shots though. Energy will be an issue, the nuclear reactor there won’t last forever, amd much of the other easily exploitable energy will be inaccessible.

Living in a small, domed city in the Antarctic tundra with no going out in nature, no access to outside resources, no exploration, no wildlife or natural agriculture and eating lab-grown food sounds like hell to me. If they chose to live like that instead of fighting back, then the White race is already lost.
Robert Heinlein wrote a novel "Orphans of the Sky" back in the fifties. Humans live in a planet size ship complete with farm land levels and all the amenities of what once was earth, albeit they are taught earth is a legend and the ship is "the ship". There is nothing else.
Until the main character goes into mutie country and learns the truth.
