Yes I do. It's easy enough in most any graphics application if you know how to put a black or white outline on the text to make it stand out over the image. I sometimes just take the base image from sites like imgflip and put my own text over it in PS so I don't have to deal with their bullshit restrictions.

In a great example of thinking outside the box I found the add image button. It was not in the box with all the other editing options.
