Not enough. This is the typical leftist/authoritarian play book, they push and push until people say "enough", then they say, "ok, we'll stop, for now". But they don't stop for long and they NEVER reverse course. Give them an inch, they take a mile.
We don't need to stop these people, we need to reverse course and actually undo the damage they have done, using their actions as a testing scenario to formulate new laws and constitutions that would prevent these people from ever doing the same thing again. They will try something else, because they lust after power above all, but they must be kicked back a millennium or two at least.
