I'm having a hard time accepting that these people who are organ murdered are done so for transplants. To use an organ for transplant, it needs to be extracted carefully, under very controlled conditions and the organ kept in a sterile and very tightly temperature controlled environment for a short duration. This would either mean that there are teams of highly trained surgeons who are willing to organ harvest a 12 year old who has just been beaten and raped to death and then discard the remaining corpse back to whoever put them in a suitcase.

I think it is far more likely that these "organ harvests" are happening, but it's not for transplant, it's for eating. A small group of very wealthy people, mostly jews, who routinely dine on human flesh live amongst us. These people are often very powerful, including royalty. They are effectively above the law and will never be held to account by the judicial system because that system is in place to protect them from us.

These people have been around for millennia (obviously not the same individuals) and are who is talked about in myths and legends that speak of vampires and monsters.
