I share your "diversity" concern re: video. We are spoiled in the US. Yes, there's violence but not the degree of "vigilante" violence seen in other countries - countries from which many crossing the US border have emigrated.

The biggest concern I have about millenials/genZ (basically anyone born after 1980) is that they are quite tech-dependent and too many, even on the conservative side, have no problem with cashless.
