It's much worse than that. You're not allowed to vote on anything that matters. The autocrats do that for you because they know you won't vote the way they want. Would you vote to allow the WHO to end your sovereignty? Would you vote to lock yourselves down? Would you vote to take away your pensions? Of course not. Also, when they allow you to vote, they ensure voting is rigged against you so your votes don't count.
