Watch any youtube vloggers who walk around in Russia. There is still Pepsi, Coca Cola, Purina Dog Chow and other American brands being imported and sold in Russia, despite our "cancelling" bullshit.
Now, granted, I do know that both Coke and Pepsi have regional producers and regional distributors, so maybe there's a Coca Cola in Kazakhstan or some place and they're still bottling/canning Coke and Pepsi and producing their quotas for Russia. I'm not sure. But it appears that product is still flowing from the US mainland to Russia.

True, but then they’d have to be ordering more syrup to produce extra and if coke or Pepsi were serious they’d keep them at their “pre cancel” limit.
