Their poor decision making is because they cannot make rational decisions. They don't have abstract thinking ability. They need to be directed. They need to be trained. They can only remember a series of steps. This is why you see them in positions where they don't make critical decisions. They can even learn to do surgical procedures, if taught by a competent surgeon. What they won't be, is a good surgeon. If a complication comes up they weren't trained for, they will need to get aided by someone else. Add to this, subversion by jews, who will gladly teach them how to subvert white culture. Now it's apparent why they behave the way they do. Abstract thinking also is responsible for guilt. Since blacks don't have it, they cannot blame themselves unless they are told something is their fault. We all know the subversion going on where everything is blamed on white people. In fact, they are told white people owe them reparations for things we never did. In a way, blacks are not responsible for their own actions because they only can do what they are told.
