State legislature and state laws decide how a federal election is held and therefore the state AG has jurisdiction over criminal charges and proceedings. But you're jewish, so you're exceptionally low IQ and don't understand these facts.

e: clarification; Further: the federal government HAS LITERALLY ZERO SAY over ANYTHING AT ALL with regards to how federal elections are held. This was intentional. Extremely intentional.
