The USA was founded on British moral principles. As a result, Americans exterminated millions of natives. On the other hand Russia never exterminated natives and instead uplifted them. These are the two path we have - British and Russian. By the way, before Russians were Christians they had laws that granted rights to the people, unlike the US Constitution that only limits the power of the government.

Disinformation propaganda. Here are some facts. According to official records that were examined by the enemies of Stalin, like Khrushchev and Gorbachev, in 30 years of Stalin's rule 4.1M people were tried, sentenced and were either imprisoned or sent to Siberia, while less than 400,000 people were executed for crimes. This number includes war criminals that were executed during the civil war and WWII.
And then who sent the majority of people to Siberia? One of them was Nikita Khrushchev. Why? Because Stalin wanted open elections so that the most qualified people would come to power. Nikita Khrushchev, who was born a peasant, had 2 years of schooling. So, he and other Neoliberals like him made up threats to the Communist Party to put away prominent educated people. This is why all the scientists like Sergei Korolev (who enabled the space age) were sent to Siberia. Lavrentiy Beria was brought in to stop this practice. The first thing he did was to reexamine all the cases and rehabilitated over 200,000. This is why Nikita killed Beria as soon as he came to power, along with over 100,000 others and destroyed many archives. But records survived.
