it doesnt have to be "drug ridden". decriminalizing drugs doesnt create more addicts, just like criminalizing guns doesnt lead to fewer murders. youre never going to save an addict no matter what you do, they have to do it themselves. responsible people in society deserve to be able to responsibly consume something like heroin if they need that type of painkiller
