Britain started the American Civil War to breakup the USA into manageable parts. They did the same to the USSR, and now want to finish with the USA. Just imagine China when the USA is gone. Even Russia doesn't want that.

And Britain didn't want to enter the war either, and Russia didn't threaten Britain that it would mean war with Russia, etc...
