Someone else profits from your labor while giving you enough scraps to keep you producing. Neoliberalism in America, as practiced by America, has been about globalization of it's foreign policy not economic liberalization. Are net benefits if the government is there to enforce contracts and implement anti-trusts measures and not much more.
