Just stop feeding and spending money on the 3rd world. Close all 1st world borders.

You comment deserves more attention. When someone from an impoverished country moves to a western country, their carbon footprint inflates over 10x.

If the world bank's goal were to actually be reducing the carbon footprint then they would help with keeping niggers out of our countries. The simple fact that they don't do this means that this is not actually their goal when they do things like this.

One Hundred percent! It costs almost nothing to help these people in their own countries and their carbon footprint is minimal. The second they go to a 1st world country.. everything costs more and they pollute more. Not only that, they breed like fucking rabbits (while you pay for it).

They really don't give one fuck about carbon or world population like they claim. Its all about having a easy to control labor force that they can rule with an iron fist.. Fine, do that in their countries. Oh wait.. They want that to be the entire world population other than them.
