Am i hallucinating ??. I thought i read an article just the other day that said the majority serb populations had elected serbian mayors and Kosovo security forces then arrived to empty out local govt buildings and locked them down in order to install ethnic albanian mayors instead, which led to the protests. Did i misread that ?? bc it seems all the articles now make no mention of that anymore and completely skip over it. (Public disclosure - i might be half retarted) Lol. EDIT: Maybe i did misread, i think the article - that i cant find anymore may have meant kicking out the local serbian govt officials and mayor that were still working in the buildings of the three municipalities from before the last election or something....
