The trick? Lock up the criminals. Separate them from the population. Most crime is committed by a relatively small percent of the population. Take them out of the population and crime falls dramatically.

Oh, and he's also been paying off El Salvador's debt. Which of course triggers the entire jewish financial establishment.

Not many though and a lot of them were wearing police style uniforms and red Crosses meaning they were the only job a female should have in military or police: nursing and/or medical.

They aren't genetically fit to fight in combat. Too emotional and weak.
