I suspect it's much higher than 90. Technically you can add all of the US' and Europe's nukes to their number of nukes controlled by israel.

I'd say 90 is about right, and for the exact reason you mentioned. They have plenty of others at their disposal so there's not much need for a larger stockpile.
This old graphic from ~2012 had israel with 70 launchers and 270 nuclear warheads. The information in the graphic was also restricted to only using the latest public information available at that time (and also only warheads in an immediately-usable at a moment's notice state) and their israel stockpile numbers were already very out of date and from a decade earlier from 2002.
I suspect their current "local" stockpile (excluding those possessed by countries they control) is many times larger than that by now, and definitely much higher than 90.
You have to respect Africa for obstaining from the development of weapons of mass destruction. Good on them.
There's a problem with mutual assured destruction, principle of deterrence. In the old days, no one wanted to be destroyed. Today, the US does want to be destroyed, so this no longer works.
There's a good book called "The Samson Option" by (((Seymour Hersch))) which gives a pretty accurate picture of how das judenscheiss managed (((their))) nuke programs. Doesn't go into (((their))) biological and chemical warfare labs at all, which would be even more interesting.
