Anyone else see it as obvious that is the a "gentlemen's" war being played out?

Russia still doesn't even have a stated purpose. The republicans / democrats are clearly only involved with it so they can get payouts. So why is Russia involved with it? Are they also getting payouts?

Both Russia and the West clearly will not tolerate the war spilling over into their actual countries. Which means both sides have the power to make this into a bigger thing but both choose not to for a reason. We know the West's reason. Payouts. Is Russia also getting those payouts?

It's basically a white civil war but the reasons Putin went for it was because the Ukrainians went "ethnic" and started killing Russians in the Ukraine. From Putin's perspective he's stopping an ethnic cleansing slaughter, and he's correct. Before shit went south Putin was willingly to move all the Russians out and Zelensky and the EU said no and closed the border and starting killing anyone over the age of 16 trying to leave. So Putin took land back that was Russian in the first place. Ukraine will never get it back and the fuckers are about to lose the Polish and Hungarian parts that Stalin stole, probably around May-June. I expect Poland and Hungary will call it a "peace keeping" operation. Belarus will probably get in on the action at some point. Kiev and the north of Ukraine used to belong to Prussia and Russia.

From a cultural and ethnic perspective, this isn't any of the US or Europe's business. It's the slavs fighting it out.

When the US realizes Ukraine will lose almost all of its territory and whatever is left is ran by a Russian puppet government, Obama's plan to deploy NATO missiles in Crimea is lost, and Russia and Turkey have complete control of the Black Sea and Sea of Azov the US and EU are going to be a very weakened position on the eastern Euro side.

Thanks to American stupidity by engineering the Euromaidan, Russia, Turkey, Syria, and Iran are about to run the region with impunity.

The Kurds are fucked too, by the way.

EDIT: on a side note, Russia has submarines loaded with nuclear weapons of the Eastern Seaboard. If Jeff Rense's guests are to be believed, at least 4.
