The Ministry of Defense of Russia has information about a plan by the Kiev regime to carry out a provocation (false flag) by detonating a so-called "dirty bomb" or a low-power nuclear warhead.
The provocation is intended to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine that would launch a powerful anti-Russian campaign to further undermine confidence in Moscow.

Also, since the beginning of the special military operation (SMO), president Zelensky has repeatedly called on NATO countries to launch an attack on the Russian Federation:
"What should NATO do? We need preemptive strikes so that they know what happens to them if they use (nuclear weapons). And not vice versa, do not wait for nuclear attacks from Russia but attack them”.
Recently, in an interview with Canadian tv channels on October 22 jl., Zelensky urged the world community to attack even the Kremlin, if Russia launched an attack on the government building in Kiev, on the Office of the president of Ukraine, so himself!

Thus, there is a dangerous possibility of a large serious radiation situation around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.
The attacks of the Ukrainian army on the plant did not cause indignation or fear of a nuclear disaster, which could be even greater than Chernobyl! The world community was quite silent, since, according to several American experts, an impact of large-caliber artillery shells on used nuclear fuel containers will not pose a significant risk, and the nuclear reactors will be able to withstand even a crash of a civilian aircraft. Is that so?
However, the forecast of our (Russian) experts about the development of a radiation situation if this happened, also confirmed by relevant European Scientific Organizations, has shown that the release of radioactive substances will affect almost all of Europe, and the disaster will be even worse than Chernobyl!
Moreover, despite the visit of the Director General of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, the Ukrainian army did not abandon their attempts to conduct a subversive operation to capture the plant. On september 1, 15 and 30, and again on October 17, Army Special Forces units tried to land their troops on the Kakhovka reservoir (the disputed dam), which will also burst from an attack in order to flood large areas and thus take control of the nuclear power plant.
According to the available information, two organizations in Ukraine were directly commissioned to create the so-called "dirty bomb". The manufacture is in the final stage !
In addition, we (Russian MOD) have information about contacts between the Office of the president of Ukraine and representatives of the United Kingdom (UK) regarding the possible supply of technologies to create nuclear weapons.
As soon as the technologies are delivered, Ukraine has the relevant production and scientific capabilities to build the bomb and according to information, these technologies have already been delivered!
There are companies in the nuclear industry in Ukraine that own stocks of radioactive substances that can be used to create this "dirty bomb".
It concerns three more operating nuclear power plants: the Yuzhnoukrainsk, Khmelnitsky and Rovno nuclear power plants with nine spent fuel storage basins containing up to 1.5 thousand tons of uranium enriched with up to 1.5% oxide.
In the unusable Chernobyl nuclear power plant with radioactive waste storages, more than 22,000 fuel assemblies (21,284 and 1,692, respectively) are stored, as well as products that assume the use of uranium-235 and plutonium-239 that form the backbone of a nuclear charge.
More than 50,000 m3 of radioactive waste that is also suitable for making the "dirty bomb" can be stored at the recently created Vektor enterprise created for the reprocessing of radioactive waste at the radioactive waste landfills "Buryakovka’, "Podlesny", and "Rossokha" in the Moscow region Pridneprovsky chemical plant.

In addition, the eastern mining and processing plant extracts uranium ore in two of the three shafts with a capacity of up to 1,000 tons per year (the plant includes three shafts for the extraction of uranium ore, two of which - Ingulskaya and Smolinskaya – are operational! The Novokonstantinovskaya mine is currently under construction.
According to Ukraine pushes for domestic uranium supply : Uranium & Fuel-World Nuclear News (world-nuclear-news.org), the government of Ukraine has approved a program to make Ukraine completely self-sufficient in uranium by 2027.
Ukraine also has a scientific institute: the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology. The scientists there were involved in the nuclear program of the former USSR, where several test systems are still in operation, including Uragan thermonuclear systems (part of the Uragan Soviet automatic air defense interception system).
Also, the Institute of Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kiev is still operational. The institute is in possession of a microreactor or also called a micro structured reactor. It is a device in which chemical reactions take place ; the most typical form of such a structure is microchannels. Also called a BBP-M reactor, it is still used for research using highly active radioactive materials.
The Kiev regime is planning the explosion of this type of ammunition with an extraordinary effect, equivalent to a Russian low-power nuclear warhead containing highly enriched uranium, so i.e. it should look like it contains a Russian nuclear warhead and thus shot down by the Russians!
The presence of radioactive isotopes in the air will be recorded by the sensors of the International Monitoring System in Europe, and then will directly accuse Russia of using tactical nuclear weapons.
It should be noted that this kind of information warfare technologies have already been used by the West in Syria when the White Helmets made propaganda about the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government forces there.
One of the most widespread provocation or “false flag” was on april 4, 2017 in Khan Shaykun, Syria. The Syrian army, after liberation, found in the “caves” “Chemical Protective Clothing”, supplied by the UK to the White Helmets.
With this provocation or otherwise worded "flase flag", the reason for launching the US missile attack on the Shayrat airbase without waiting for the start of an investigation and for a decision of the UN Security Council, was a gross violation of international law.
