What is currently happening (assuming it was bombed) is that the companies behind Nord Stream are not allowed near the leaks so they can't repair the damage. It seems that whoever did this (NATO/US) want to make sure that the pipes are completely filled with salt water so that entire system of pipes rusts so bad that repairing it will be impossible.

That's even more stupid. It's a 1 way flow. Reversing the flow would do nothing once the pipes were empty as there's no source at the end, only at the start. Also they're natural gas not oil. Why are you lying?
