This "person" - this thing is truly vile. He see no use for humans other than as consumers who spend most of their time using drugs and playing video games. He, or rather It, has no use for people and does not acknowledge their spiritual aspects nor creativity. I hope he's condemned to the world of his imaginations, while the rest of us are set free to roam the galaxies and make new friends.
