This is all part of their back door out of the Ukraine mess that the EU US and the collective west created. Tell Ukraine they can join once they implement anti corruption policy (Ukraine the most corrupt country in Europe and something like 4th corrupt in the world) that will take 20 years. Also it is a way to let the little jew (their little puppet) Zelensky and those poor bastards the Ukrainians down without upsetting them more then they already have. After spending billions on their Biden social programs inside Ukraine with western tax dollars and donating bullets' and armor until there is basically nothing left on the shelf the collective west lost.
