On the second tier, it is certainly globalist predators such as Soros, and billionaire speculators such as Gates, who control governments. But I just want to remind everyone that we don't really know who is on the first tier -- at the apex of the pyramid, so to speak. We haven't seen who, or what, is driving the destruction of Western civilization, because it chooses to remain hidden. We are being forced onto a suicidal course that has only harm for our peoples, no benefits. Is it someone like Gates who is driving this? I don't think so. I think it is a malicious consciousness that is not quite of this world, although it seeks to control this world, and perhaps to destroy it, and us.
