the amazing part is that this "call" is spinned up as "dialogue" Like a teacher that say to a student, stop fighting.... Totally missing the reality of the situation and thinking that USA has any authority over russia a real dialogue would be like: ok, we stop sending arms and money and you stop while we decide how to resolve this mess.
