Yes, I know that this is china speaking, but, they are right the key point is that if there is a kind of stable situation , you do not mess it around. eg: taiwan, they NOW have some sort of autonomus situation, ok, let's just keep it like this, not more, no less. new alliances, new weapons will just make the whole mess wobbly but hey, from USA point of view, any war is a good war (while it is in someone else garden)
