Yep. You could also use IR lasers since barely any cameras have IR filters, then set it up on a turret to auto-track the drone with computer vision.
Meanwhile jamming radio (I believe) is just a matter of spamming a given frequency with noise at a high enough signal power. I think the REX probably has a directed radio jammer rather than it just jamming in a huge area but eh.

The cone antenna looks high gain and directional. I think the model we see blinds optics and jams GPS and WiFi. Drone can't even at that point.
